Before specialising in cosmetic injectables, Olivia spent fifteen years as an oral health therapist and orofacial myologist in general and specialist orthodontic practices, working daily with facial anatomy, facial development, muscle function, and the delicate structures of the face and jaw. Dentistry taught her the value of a steady hand, precision and a gentle touch.
That background changes how she assesses a face. She does not treat a concern in isolation. She looks at facial balance, at the structure underneath, and at how everything moves together — which is why the plan she suggests is often not the one you arrived expecting.
Her philosophy is simple: the best results are the ones no one can quite put a finger on. Treatments should leave you looking rested and like yourself, never overdone and never obvious.
The clinic
Private, home-based, unhurried
Skin By Olivia is a private clinic at 12 Cleland Close in Wānaka. There is no reception desk and no waiting room, because there is only ever one client in the clinic at a time.
Appointments are unhurried and pressure-free. Every plan starts with a proper consultation — complimentary, forty minutes, no obligation — where Olivia listens to your goals, assesses your facial structure, and recommends only what will genuinely make a difference. She will never suggest a treatment you do not need.
Clients travel from Wānaka, Queenstown, Cromwell, Alexandra and across wider Otago. Off-street parking is directly outside.
