Sculptra works differently to filler. Rather than adding volume on the day, it stimulates your own collagen production over several months — which is why it suits people who want a gradual, quietly firmer result that nobody can point to. It is usually planned as a course of two or three sessions.

The detail
How it works
Poly-L-lactic acid is injected into the deeper layers. Your body responds by laying down new collagen over the following months.
When you'll see it

Downtime
