Treatment
Jaw Clenching & TMJ
Masseter treatment for clenching, grinding and jaw tension — from a clinician trained in the jaw.
About this treatment
What it is, and how Olivia approaches it
This is where fifteen years in oral health becomes genuinely useful. Olivia has spent her career looking at what clenching and grinding do to teeth, jaws and facial muscles. Treating the masseter with a neuromodulator eases the tension, protects the teeth, relieves the headaches — and slims a heavy jawline as a side effect rather than the goal.

The detail
How it works
A neuromodulator is placed into the masseter muscle on each side. Around five minutes, once the plan is set.
When you'll see it
Tension typically eases within one to two weeks. Facial slimming, if that is a goal, appears over six to eight weeks.
How long it lasts
Three to six months — often longer than cosmetic anti-wrinkle treatment, because the doses are larger.
Downtime
None. Chewing can feel slightly tired for the first week.
