Voucher terms
What can a voucher be used for?
Any treatment or product at the clinic, including consultations and packages. It does not have to be spent in one visit.
How long is it valid?
Twelve months from the date of purchase, in line with New Zealand consumer guidance.
Can it be used as part payment?
Yes. Any remaining balance stays on the voucher for a future appointment.
Is it transferable or refundable?
Vouchers are transferable to another person but are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
