Yes. A consultation is required before any treatment, so that every part of the plan is tailored to your goals and your health history. If there is time available on the day, treatment can often follow straight after.

Not at all. Consultations exist to work out whether a treatment plan aligns with your goals. If it does not, that is a perfectly good outcome and there is no pressure either way.

Yes — a complimentary review is included with injectable treatments, usually around two weeks afterwards, so the result can be assessed and adjusted if needed.

Yes. The clinic is a private clinic at 12 Cleland Close, Wānaka — a residential address rather than a commercial premises — with off-street parking directly outside.

Mostly Wānaka, but a good number travel from Queenstown, Cromwell, Alexandra, Twizel, the West Coast and the wider Otago region.

Most appointments run between twenty minutes and an hour, including your consultation. Sculptra is the longest at about ninety minutes.

Most people describe them as very manageable. Numbing cream is used where it helps, most dermal fillers contain local anaesthetic, and anti-wrinkle injections use an extremely fine needle.

Anti-wrinkle treatment begins to soften from day three with the full effect at two weeks. Filler is immediate but settles over two weeks. Sunekos, microneedling and Sculptra build gradually over weeks to months.

Typically every three to four months. Many clients settle into three to four treatments a year, though this varies with dose and metabolism.

Very little. Anti-wrinkle has essentially none; filler may bruise or swell for a few days; microneedling leaves the skin red for a day or two. Olivia will tell you exactly what to expect before you book.

This is what the three-week review is for. Anti-wrinkle results can be adjusted, and hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if genuinely necessary. It is a conversation, not a dead end.

Yes — every fixed price is listed on the pricing page. Anti-wrinkle, masseter and light-based treatments are priced by units or on assessment, and confirmed at your complimentary consultation before you commit to anything.

Please give at least twenty-four hours' notice so the appointment can be offered to someone else. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.
